The Maryland World Class Consortia holds regular meetings each quarter for members, potential members, supporters, and guests.  Each meeting is a half-day "mini-seminar" that provide new developments among Consortia members, examples of World Class tools in action, and networking with active practitioners.  Continental breakfast and lunch are included.

The agenda typically includes Consortia news updates, an invited guest speaker, a Consortia member story, and plenty of shared learning.

• Maria Elena-Stopher - Senior Advisor to the United States Air Force Office of Business Transformation, Vice Chair of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence, President of Ultimate Lean Consulting
• Dave Norton - A 37-year auto industry vet, former member of the Toyota Supplier Council, and currently "The Lean Guy" at St. Joseph Medical Center in Towson MD 
• A Letter to Leaders: Support Our Troops - Common shortcomings of lean leadership, and suggestions for paving the way to success.

Continential breakfast is included with your registration.  A served networking lunch is available for an additional fee.
