The Maryland World Class Consortia's Lean Peer Groups are designed to help participant organizations build active cultures of continuous improvement. The peer group approach provides a unique and powerful way to share experiences and learn from others.
Participating company leaders from across the region will have an opportunity to develop, or to refine and reenergize their Lean Transformation by networking with and learning from others in the regional group who are committed to developing a Lean culture. You will assess your current condition, learn how to address your improvement opportunities, share experiences and information, learn from MWCC staff and guest speakers, and learn from other participants.
The most recent MWCC Lean Peer Groups have been active in the greater Baltimore area, and in Frederick/Washington counties. Registrations are currently being accepted for the next Lean Peer Group forming on Maryland's Upper Eastern Shore. Look forward to future MWCC Lean Peer Groups again in the Baltimore region, and in Maryland's northeastern and western-most counties.
Lean Peer Groups are open to MWCC member organizations, as well as to non-members. Lean Peer Group participation includes a one-year complementary membership in the Maryland World Class Consortia.
