The next  Quarterly Meeting will be held at the National Electronics Museum in Linthicum near BWI. 

The Maryland World Class Consortia holds regular meetings each quarter for members, potential members, supporters, and guests.  Each meeting is a half-day "mini-conference" that provide new developments among Consortia members, examples of World Class tools in action, and networking with active practitioners.  

Speakers for this quarter's meeting:

• Michael McKeefery, Chief of Process Improvement at Tobyhanna Army Depot, will join members of his team in describing ongoing process improvement efforts at one of the nation's primary repair and overhaul centers for military equipment.
• John King of Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems will discuss Lean Six Sigma improvement projects at the company's Linthicum facility. Learn how they mentor Green Belts and the benefits mentoring brings. 
• 2016 is the 20th Anniversary of the Maryland World Class Consortia! Jeff Fuchs, MWCC Executive Director, will look back over the hundreds of organizations we have supported and describe common traits of lean transformation efforts, which any company can apply.
