The workshop will be presented by Drew Locher, Managing Director for Change Management Associates (CMA). CMA provides lean enterprise consulting and organizational development services to industrial and service organizations representing a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, transportation, distribution, health care, education and financial services. Mr. Locher's 2004 book The Complete Lean Enterprise - Value Stream Mapping for Administrative and Office Processes, was the recipient of a 2005 Shingo Prize for Manufacturing Excellence.
