Developing Exemplary Leadership / Followership: Tools and Tactics for Lean Leaders

Lean organizations must aim to always optimize their resources.  This program on Exemplary Leadership and Followership helps leaders optimize their leadership energies.  With the knowledge gained from this course, leaders can understand - and help their people understand - the dimensions and leverage points for developing Exemplary Leader/Follower relationships.

This will be an interactive workshop designed for leaders of all levels.  Participants will explore, understand, and learn how to more effectively groom their own skills toware exemplary leadership and developing their people toward exemplary followership. 

Actions and outcomes of this program are:

• Understanding the differences and similarities of leader / follower credibility
• Understanding exemplary followership, focusing on the key pieces of active engagement and critical thinking
• Tools for assessing and developing exemplary followers
• Group discussions and individual action plans

  for increasing the quality of followership at work

This hands-on workshop will be facilitated by Kelly Petrock of the General Systems Consulting Group.
