We look forward to having you join us for our morning "mini-conference" where you will find examples, case studies, and informative discussions about the tools and methods of continuous improvement.  Get ready to network with learners and leaders of the local Lean community!

Mike Myers will take us along the journey of understanding Toyota Kata while covering key topics such as Coaching Kata and Improvement Kata, role of Advance Group, the 5 question card, linking the current condition, target condition to the challenge, how the system develops leaders and leads to long lasting cultural changes, the importance of practice and routines using PDCA problem solving and the use of story boards, and critical success factors for organizations interested in the implementation of Toyota Kata.

The Hub Labels team will share a project they initiated to boost employee engagement leveraging SHINGO.
