Charlie Protzman, President, Business Improvement Group

Charlie Protzman will present the flow system™ a brand-new holistic flow-based approach to delivering customer 1st value in lean and agile organizational transformations while reducing costs and creating growth. This system was created by Nigel Thurlow, former Chief of Agile for Toyota, Professor John Turner of the University of North Texas and Brian Rivera, former top gun fighter pilot.
