Topic: LEADING CHANGE

Change has always been a part of the human condition. What is different now is the pace of change, and the prospect that it will come faster and faster, affecting every part of life. The age in which we live is changing so fast that we often feel we do not have time to adjust before more change takes place. All this means that we need to “do” change much better than ever before. In a thriving organization, Change Management is the new universal core competency.

Learning FOCUS

Knowledge.  What participants need to know and understand to effectively lead and manage change.

Process.  A process for change, with steps and activities to effectively prepare, plan, execute and sustain change.

Tools. Practical tools and models to assess, gain perspective and communicate change.

Practices & Behaviors.  Important practices, skills and behaviors to build and hone change leadership.
