Four Hour Introductory Lean Overview Course

• Training: Lean Overview
• Training attendance: estimated 15 persons. Training numbers may increase (within reason), and fee will not be impacted.
• ½ day workshop: $250 pp (minimum 15 persons)
• Course Length: Four hours held virtually
Purpose: Introduce Strategic and Competitive Advantages inherent in Lean Thinking Concepts. Ensure that upon leaving, attendees are comfortable to use “the appropriate language” and gain an understanding of lean tools such as 5S and Value Stream Mapping.
Prerequisites: No prior Lean knowledge needed
Course Content:
Who should attend: Business Executives, Owners, Senior Leadership Team, Prospective Lean Team members (In this case, whomever NCI has selected for their training.)
