2023 Lean Facilitator Certification Program - Includes National Certification – $7,700.00
Four-month program designed to develop participants in the art and science of creating and sustaining lean change.

This price of $7700 includes the National Certification Option which covers four reference books required for testing, 1-year membership with SME. Registration for the computer-based Lean Bronze Knowledge Examination, and administrative fees for four paper-based practice exams and supplemental instruction. Lean Bronze Certification candidates should have thoroughly read and studied the four recommended readings prior to sitting for their Lean Bronze Knowledge Exam.
(Note: The $1200 portion is not eligible for training reimbursement.)

Since 2005, the Maryland World Class Consortia has trained and certified hundreds through our flagship program, the Lean Facilitator Certification Program (LFCP). LFCP is designed to grow your internal lean transformation specialists. This intensive four month curriculum is aimed at developing the abilities of your employees to identify, plan, execute, and sustain continuous improvement activities and projects.

Our curriculum is aligned to the national Lean Certification's Body of Knowledge, and LFCP students can optionally pursue their Lean Bronze Certification through the course, which is jointly sponsored by ASQ/AME/Shingo Institute/SME. This course can be taken "in-house" by one company or, with a minimum of 10 participants from various companies, conducted and hosted off-site for the four-week course.
