Two-hour hands-on workshop conducted by Dan Protzman, Business Improvement Group. The consultant’s role will be to prep, deliver facilitation, and

debrief with you and your team using the Red Bead Game exercise as well as provide assistance and guidance throughout the morning. The purpose of the Red Bead Game is to illustrate and display how a bad system needs to be solved at the core roots of the system; and how management alone will not solve the issues.

 The scheduled date of this exercise is Thursday July 20, from 9am-11am.
