Beachley Furniture Company is a custom commercial furniture manufacturer that has been in business since 1887. Their designs begin with professional architectural drawings or a sketch on the back of a napkin - they manufacture your vision. Their clientele includes hotels, restaurants, universities, corporations, and residential clients, and they build everything from banquette seating and case goods to millwork and reception desks.

The Beachley team has worked hard to implement lean into their culture and took the first step by moving 3 multi-floor factories into 1 one-floor continuous flow operation. On the tour, you will see how they build furniture from cutting on the CNC to shipping out the door. They will discuss their current lean initiatives to improve productivity and profitability.
