LEAN MANUFACTURING PLANT TOUR

Headquartered in Bethesda, CULTA is a vertically integrated cannabis company that cultivates, extracts, processes, distributes and retails cannabis and cannabis-related products. CULTA proudly grows and processes all its own cannabis in their facility in Cambridge and operates three dispensaries located in the Inner Harbor of Baltimore, Ellicott City, and Frederick.

Since their inception, CULTA has striven to continuously improve their systems and equipment, not only in their cultivation and laboratory spaces, but also in their financial departments and data collection as well. To ensure that they meet their mission of providing lifestyle cannabis users with high-quality experiences, they have begun to develop a strategy of implementing Lean principles holistically in the organization.
