Russ Scaffed is formerly a prominent Toyota manufacturing executive.  He has been the chief operation architect of the successful lean transformations at the Donnelly Corporation and Tiara Yachts.  Russ is a former Chairman of the Shingo Prize Board of Governors and co-authored “The Leadership Roadmap” with Duane Baumbardner.
